An order begins with you committing to make the purchase on this website. You do this by filling out the form at the bottom of the page describing the book/combo-pack you wish to buy. You will then be sent an invoice from PayPal. It might appear in your email within 10 minutes or it might take as long as 24 hours to generate, but you will be contacted! (Be sure to check your SPAM/junk folder.) Once you receive your invoice you will have 24 hours to make the payment. When the PayPal invoice is received and you have paid the amount listed, your order will be complete.

If you do not have a PayPal account there is a button you can click on each order-page that will allow you to set one up. You can use a credit card or your bank account to pay, and it is a secure payment.
NOTE: I wish that we did not have to use PayPal. Another evil multi-national like Amazon. But it seems like the only way for now. Thank you for your understanding. Revolution: we'll get there!
